At DH2 energy, we believe that a company is only as strong as the people who lead it.
Our founders, Philippe Esposito and Olivier Crambade, bring decades of experience in renewable energies and a proven track record in the development of large energy transition projects. Before founding DH2 energy, they drove Dhamma Energy, responsible for more than 650 MW of solar PV and a pipeline of 5 GW in Spain, France and Mexico, before their integration into Plenitude (Eni). Their vision combines technical excellence, business focus and commitment to decarbonization to lead large-scale projects that transform regions.

Marcos López-Brea
Economist and PhD in Environmental Engineering with more than 27 years of experience in the energy sector. He has worked in global companies such as Repsol, Royal Dutch Shell, Iberdrola and RWE. In addition, he founded the consulting firm Ubuntu, where he advises on sustainability, circular economy and low carbon energy. He is a professor at the Escuela de Organización Industrial and director of the Master in Marine Renewable Energies at the Spanish Maritime Institute.
Vincent Tessé
Industrial Engineer with experience in electromechanics for renewable energies. He has worked as Purchasing Engineer for Onshore Wind Turbines at EDP Renewables and as project manager for renewable hydrogen production at Dhamma Energy. He holds an MBA from the School of Industrial Organization and is a graduate of the School of Mines of Albi (France).
